You should also get more antioxidants, plenty of vitamin C but maybe try an NAC supplement too. Glutamate is a co-factor for glutathione synthesis, a powerful antioxidant, and NAC basically lowers glutamate levels by converting it into glutathione... It can help a lot.
Pair the NAC with magnesium glycinate and/or glycine, and vitamin c to make sure it's most effective.
Get more flavonoids and polyphenols, like quercetin, multiple times a day. Home-brewed coffee, tea, and dark chocolate are the best sources"
